Our reliable and expansive network of sub-contractors and key suppliers enables us to provide turnkey solutions to our clients and offer a single point of contact for design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC systems. Furthermore, our procurement company Thermaire Investments FZE in Dubai, enables us to provide superior products at competitive rates.
Some of our most recent projects include: 90 Rivonia Road, Ahmed Al Kadi Hospital, Kusile and Medupi Power Stations, Lesedi Private Hospital, Mall of Africa, Port Shepstone Magistrates Court, MTN Remote Mini Hub Switches across the country and various buildings within the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront Silo Precinct, including the district cooling plant and the highly anticipated Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa and Hotel.
We have also been involved in various key international projects including the Torres Rani towers in Mozambique, The Bank of Mozambique and the Levi Business Park in Lusaka, Zambia.
Improvair Mozambique Limitada
Improvair Mozambique Limitada is IES’s sister company in Mozambique and was established in 2012. Through a joint venture with Sociedade de Climatização Limitada (Soclima), a Mozambican HVAC service provider, the company has secured The Bank of Mozambique and the Horizon Residence and Office Towers projects in Maputo, amongst others.
Consorcio Improvair Soclima Limitada – Consorcio Improvair Soclima Limitada is a joint venture between Improvair Mozambique Limitada and Soclima.
